Stephen Murphy
Programme Facilitator
Stephen is a British national, living in Poland. He has an outstanding management pedigree, with a career already spanning more than 30 years in globally renowned companies. He has worked for P&G, Coca-Cola Inchcape Bottlers, Reckitt Benckiser and PZ Cussons; held senior Sales, Marketing and General Management positions with each of these companies and has lived and operated in the UK, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Russia and Poland.
As a professional coach, Stephen’s business experience is backed with an ICF/EMCC – accredited Advanced Executive Coaching Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), in London. Additionally, he is part of an inaugural group developing formal Coaching Supervision capability in Poland and is currently enrolled on the AoEC’s Master Practitioner Programme in Executive Coaching, consistent with the ICF Master Credentialed Coach (MCC) level of practice.
Jon Echanove
Programme Facilitator
Spanish by birth, settled in Belgium, married to a Chinese national and working with European and International organisations at management level for the last ten years, Jon Echanove has developed an outstanding record in building multicultural teams and implementing international cooperation and negotiation.
As an expert in interpersonal communication and relationships, Jon is currently a member of ECCO, the Evolution, Complexity and Cognition group at the at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), conducting research on leadership and human experience in complex, uncertain environments.
Jon specialises in relational coaching in multicultural environments, supported by an ICF/EMCC accredited Advanced Executive Coaching Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).
